Description:  Impressionistic realism illustrating the effect of light on a landscape

My type of artwork would be called impressionistic realism. I enjoy creating in every medium especially working in oils and acrylics on canvas, panel or aluminum. I am particularly interested in painting the effect of light on a landscape. I have a B.F.A. from William Paterson College, N.J. graduating Cum Laude. I was a teacher in New York City as well as New Jersey. I am an Elected Artist in the Kent Art Association; Fellow in the American Artists Professional League and member of the Women Artists Collective. I have exhibited in solo, regional and national juried shows in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut receiving over 20 awards. I have been affiliated with the Maple and Main gallery in Chester, CT for over three years.
