Description: Photographs of portraits, landscapes and objects in black and white and color
I don't believe in artist statements. The artwork is the statement. I try to photograph whatever will mean something beyond prettiness.A photograph is good when it is truly "there"..and when it draws the viewer in-both physically and mentally. Photographs are the doppelgangers, the Ghostly Doubles of our lives. The camera is a portable dark chamber that can illuminate. It's a brainless electro-mechanical-optical device .The photographer somehow makes it mean something. One thing is for sure. No amount of megapixels can replace how the human mind sees and why a human photographer feels.
