Amanda Surveski

Description:  Nature Illustration and Design

Amanda is an illustrator and designer working in a multitude of industries from graphic design to scientific illustration. All of her work is influenced by natural flora and fauna, from our own backyards here in New England to the rainforests across the globe. She is inspired by the unique and the seemingly ordinary species that share our home. Amanda graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in illustration and minor in scientific illustration. She prefers working in graphite, colored pencil and watercolor to bring her illustrations to life. Currently she is an artist in residence at the Farmington Valley Arts Center in Avon, CT.
