Brief Bio I am a Connecticut artist who works as a printmaker and multimedia artist. My artwork is about energy, color, form, and excitement with an emphasis on interpretive landscapes and free form. I use composition, texture, color and visual movement often with multi media in my work to convey emotions and a sense of time or place. There is an interconnection of style and art quality between the monotypes, stoneware vessels and paintings. I often exhibit them together. I have an art school background. I frequently exhibit my hand built and thrown stoneware vessels, monotypes, and paintings in CT, New England and nationally. I have won numerous awards, art residencies, and grants. My work is represented by the Six Summit Gallery in Ivoryton, CT I am the current President of the CT Women Artists.
