I paint to find my truth, hoping to connect with yours. One of the many pleasures I draw from the creative process is the exploration of controlled technique and accidental effect. Most of my paintings contain a blend of the two. I like abstract expressionism because it has the ability to turn an impression into an image, and vice versa. It gives me the freedom to express more with less boundaries. When I paint, I project an emotion spontaneously on the paper with little interference from the intellect. Each image, each color is part of an elusive intuitive process, a metaphoric projection of my soul.
