My style of water-color painting is not the known standard of water-color application technique with the transparency of colors. My style in application is very similar to oil or acrylic application.
Throughout school and my adult life, painting / drawing has primarily been a hobby for me – most of my work was completed during the winter season. I’ve gifted a few completed paintings to friends and family, but most of my pieces are in a portfolio or displayed in my home.
My compositions are primarily of the outdoors – based on places or natural views I’ve seen throughout my experiences. Some compositions are derived from excerpts from various printed media which I then incorporate into the artwork.
