ARTIST STATEMENT: Life is fleeing. I have a suspicion and a certainty about our place in the universe. Words are not enough to reach into the nooks of consciousness that could unlock the connections we desperately seek. For me, images work as a tenet that enables us to explore unknown areas of ourselves. The world, the subject, is just an excuse to reach beyond the veil of reality, to discover something new.
