GLORIA WALKER is an inspired Visual Artist, Advocate, Art Educator, Mosaicist and Banjo musician. She has been teaching Art professionally for thirty years in our public schools and 8 in private earning a BS/M+15 degree in Art Education.

Her practice grows by participating in art festivals and events across New England. Most recently she showed at Art Squash Enfield and the 50th anniversary of Art in the Park Manchester CT uniting community and expression. She enjoys sharing stories created through mosaic art and collage.

On unique substrates she assembles ceramic, tile, glass, stone, tessere, antique smalls, paint, wood, nature, hardware, jewelry, and found materials in an uncommon manner. Lifetime resident of Enfield, she is a member of Art Connects Enfield and Art Works Westfield and enjoys playing the banjo.
