PROMOTIONS: Each booth includes the vendor's name as an ART participant. Additional signage is encouraged identifying your work or any special activites you're presenting. Bring giveaways such business cards, etc. Snacks and candy are acceptable. Have a signup log available for social meda.
Interact with your visitors! Attract more attention - and perhaps sales!
SECURITY: There is live security. No one is allowed in after closing. You may want to bring coverings for your work and secure smaller work overnight.
INSURANCE: ART provides the overall insurance coverage and certificate for our participation. ART and other producers are not responsible for damage or loss of artwork and other belongings. Three-day insurance is available at actinsurance.com.
EXHIBITOR BADGES: Up to 3 badges for booth (see Cynthia for pre-printed badges).
